We look forward to welcoming you to the mountaintop! We are located just a few miles from Interstate 68 Exit 29 (Finzel). From the exit, follow the signs to the top of Mount Aetna Rd.

Note: Guests arriving from points west of Savage River Lodge. Your GPS may direct you to take Exit 24 Lower New Germany Rd. This is a rural route with spotty satellite and cellular service, and roads are not well marked. We recommend that you proceed to Exit 29 — the way to the Lodge is signed from there. 

Please use caution when driving on Mount Aetna Rd. Our 1.5 mile lane is steep and winding, so take the opportunity to slow down and get on Lodge Time. "Traffic" is non-existent, but use caution when passing other vehicles as it is only one lane in places. Our road is often passable only by AWD/4WD vehicles in winter weather. Please call ahead for road conditions.
