Celebrations

Baby showers, bridal showers, bachelor & bachelorette parties, birthday parties, retirement soirees and other private functions... where do you begin to plan your next big event?

We can help.

Wedding-related events: Most brides have their wedding venue picked well in advance, but have you thought about the rest of it? The bridal shower, bachelorette party and even getting ready on your big day? We can help your ideas come to life. From a plated dinner or buffet-style, to just dessert and coffee or a Champagne brunch, our celebrations coordinators will work with you to plan the perfect shower. If you're looking for something more low-key for your bachelorette party, consider us as well. We can provide luxury accommodations, a fabulous meal for you and your closest girlfriends and keep the bubbly flowing all night. Our Library Room is the perfect facility for the rehearsal dinner. Once again, we'll work with you to plan your meal; you can party as long as you like, then head up to the cabins for a restful night of sleep. The next day, have your hair and make-up team come to us, we can bring a light brunch up to your cabin while you get ready and send you on you and your wedding party on your way to the main event. Afterwards, spend your first newly wedded night with us, before jet-setting off to your honeymoon.

And we can't forget the groom! What's more relaxing than a day spent fly fishing with one of our guides and your groomsmen, or on a boat Deep Creek lake with a few coolers of beer (and our own Mike as your driver) for the groom-to-be's bachelor party? After a day spent on the water, come back to our gourmet restaurant for a great meal, more libations and stay in our luxury accommodations.

Baby Showers: Firstly, congratulations! What an exciting time in your life. Baby showers at the Lodge are a memorable affair. We can tailor the menu to your needs - craving BBQ, breakfast foods or a table of sweets? Let us know! Dessert and coffee, Champagne brunch with nonalcoholic Ariel Champagne for mom and baby, a gender reveal party or even co-ed options (His and Her Diaper Poker?) are just a few of the things that we can do. We'd love to help you celebrate your upcoming addition and take all of the stress away of planning the perfect party. Also don't forget to book that babymoon!

Birthday, Anniversary & Retirement Parties: So many great milestones deserve a great event. Our Library Room can comfortably hold 36 people seated, or more if a less formal function. Whether the birthday boy is vegetarian, gluten free or loves chicken alfredo, we can work together and come up a memorable menu. If you're looking for something more festive, we can orchestrate a cocktail party with waiter passed hors d'ourves, a signature cocktail or punch and a cake cutting.
