Cancellations

Due to our small size, cancellations affect us significantly. With fourteen days notice or more we are happy to apply your deposit to a future date or you may choose to receive a 90% refund. For any cancellations less than 14 days prior to your arrival the deposit is non-refundable. A notice of less than 72-hours will also result in the total balance due charged to the credit card on file. Should you depart earlier than your confirmed departure date, you will be responsible for all nights originally reserved.

Check in & Check Out

Check-in
Please note that our check-in time is between 3 p.m. and 7 p.m. lf you should arrive earlier, every effort will be made to accommodate you as soon as possible. lf you will arrive after 7 p.m., please notify us so that we can make special arrangements for your arrival.

Departures
Check out is by noon on your departure date, though you are welcome to enjoy the Lodge after you have vacated your cabin.

Electronic Gate
There is an electronically controlled gate when you enter the Lodge property. If you will be arriving after the office closes at 7pm, contact us in advance to obtain the gate code.
